Our structured approach to leadership development — building skills, knowledge and ability is firmly grounded in The Executive Coaches Group philosophy of coaching. We use sound adult learning principles and learner-centered activities. These combine to maximize the impact of the learning experience, and to enhance the learner’s ability to apply what they have learned.
We offer a core Leadership program and other modules that target specific needs such as building trust, teamwork and having difficult conversations. Our workshops target individuals and teams at all levels of management, and vary in length from ½ days to 3 days.
