Our structured approach to developing leadership skills, knowledge and ability is firmly grounded in The Executive Coaches Group philosophy of coaching. We use sound adult learning principles and learner-centered activities. These combine to maximize the impact of the learning experience, and to enhance the learner’s ability to apply what they have learned.
We offer a core Leadership program and other programs that target specific needs such as building trust, teamwork and having difficult conversations. Our workshops target individuals and teams at all levels of management, and vary in length from ½ days to 3 days.
Each learning experience is customized to incorporate the values, competencies and leadership philosophy of our client organizations. Most of our programs include assessment and individual coaching of participants.
