Catherine has worked as an HR executive and coach in multiple industries in both the private and public sectors and profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her vast experience has spanned across the service sector, manufacturing, media, energy, travel and more recently consulting. She has been coaching, training, counseling, and motivating people for over 20 years.
Known by her clients to be an expert in career and executive coaching, Catherine has worked with executives within the C-Suite, through to entry-level managers and Entrepreneurs on leadership and talent development, career transition, transformational change, process improvement, and performance management. She holds people accountable for their actions.
Some of the projects Catherine has undertaken have involved individual and team transformation, designing and delivering coach training to managers and executives, the implementation of a proper performance management system that aligned with the overall company strategic goals and an entire talent management program that helped support employee engagement.
Since 2009, Catherine has operated a highly successful executive coaching and consulting practice. Her clients are primarily corporate executives, high potential candidates and Entrepreneurs. Her specialties are in leadership development, career coaching, and lifestyle management.
Catherine holds an MBA, her CHRP and a BA with a major in Economics plus a certificate in change management, project management and coaching. She has studied under Dr. Martha Beck, a Harvard Business graduate, and bestselling author. Catherine is a member of the International Coach Federation and has served as a member of its board for its Toronto chapter for 3 years.
