Catherine Thorburn

Catherine helps people discover their true strengths achieving the performance and results they desire.
Catherine has worked as an HR executive and coach in multiple industries in both the private and public sectors and profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her vast experience has spanned across the service sector, manufacturing, media, energy, travel and more recently consulting. She has been coaching, training, counseling, and motivating people for over 20 years.

Known by her clients to be an expert in career and executive coaching, Catherine has worked with executives within the C-Suite, through to entry-level managers and Entrepreneurs on leadership and talent development, career transition, transformational change, process improvement, and performance management. She holds people accountable for their actions.

Some of the projects Catherine has undertaken have involved individual and team transformation, designing and delivering coach training to managers and executives, the implementation of a proper performance management system that aligned with the overall company strategic goals and an entire talent management program that helped support employee engagement.

Since 2009, Catherine has operated a highly successful executive coaching and consulting practice. Her clients are primarily corporate executives, high potential candidates and Entrepreneurs. Her specialties are in leadership development, career coaching, and lifestyle management.

Catherine holds an MBA, her CHRP and a BA with a major in Economics plus a certificate in change management, project management and coaching. She has studied under Dr. Martha Beck, a Harvard Business graduate, and bestselling author. Catherine is a member of the International Coach Federation and has served as a member of its board for its Toronto chapter for 3 years.

Kellan Beck

Kellan is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She has amassed over 3,000 individual and team coaching hours. She has a compelling combination of coaching expertise and 20 years of experience as a Business Development leader in the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and the United States.

Lawrence Chi

Lawrence is an executive leadership coach and consultant with 20 plus years of experience.
Lawrence Chi’s expertise includes developing future generations of business leadership, coaching expatriates and making organizations more international.  Lawrence brings over 20 years’ experience coaching leaders and executives.  He held senior HR Head positions in China and Asia for iconic consumer brands including Ralph Lauren, SC Johnson and Son, The Walt Disney Company and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

As a business leader, Lawrence has led employer branding and localization strategies, integration of acquisitions, re-engineering of leadership teams, and facilitated market-entry initiatives.  His team recognitions include the top recipient for both The Best Employer in Asia and The Best Business Hotel in Asia for three consecutive years. Lawrence was also personally recognized as one of Asia’s “Hot 40 HR Superstars”.

Lawrence has a graduate degree from McMaster University and an MBA from Rutgers University.  He earned his Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from International Coach Academy, an ICF-credited organization.  He is active in the community and currently serves as Board Vice President of the Blue Door Shelters in York Region.

When Lawrence is not with the love of his life and their two young boys, he is running insanely long distances as fast as physically, mentally and emotionally possible.

Marion Salmon

Marion is an HR professional with over 20 years of consulting, coaching and project management experience in dynamic organizations.
Marion’s energy, enthusiasm and expertise have propelled her to success as a coach and team builder, focused on helping people and organizations meet and exceed their goals.

An HR generalist with a passion for organization development and leadership development, Marion brings a structured and analytical approach to business.
A skilled facilitator, she designs and leads a broad range of initiatives ranging from business planning through culture change, leadership workshops and more.

Her career spans engineering, energy, consumer packaged goods, financial service, media and manufacturing industries; public, regulated and private sector organizations.

Marion is certified in Effective Intelligence™, Lominger 360o ™ Feedback and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™. She uses these assessment tools frequently in coaching and facilitation to bring out immediate, visible and long-lasting effects. She has also has utilized tools such as Effective Intelligence in innovative ways while developing and implementing business-based solutions to increase organization performance.

William Pitcher

William is an advisor with three decades of expertise in organizational governance, sales operations and digital-marketing strategy.

William combines out-of-the-box innovation with sound business strategy to help organizations succeed. He has particular expertise in the public and not-for-profit sectors.  He has helped organizations succeed across Canada as well as in the United States and Europe.  He is a teacher, problem solver and deal maker.

His strengths include expertise in the following service areas :
